We started investing in real estate in 2005 with single family residences using traditional funding sources. The exit strategies were a combination of re-hab and sell, tenant occupied (rentals) and "rent to own" programs.
After several properties, it became clear that the traditional funding sources were actually a limiting factor and in fact were instrumental in several projects not being funded despite sound financials / profit margins and credit scores. It was time to get creative in our approach to real estate, which meant changing the way we looked at the buying and selling processes
In 2007 we expanded the business operations to cover commercial projects. After completing a major education and training program during 2007. Sylbury, Inc. was founded for the purpose of acquiring, re-habbing / developing and selling residential and commercial properties.
Our primary geographic focus for properties is Northern California, mainly within Santa Clara and surrounding counties.
We are active members of the American Cash Flow Association, the Morgan Hill Chamber of Commerce and the Better Business Bureau; and members of the International eWomen Network.
