Sylbury, Inc. is a privately owned company that invests in residential and commercial real estate primarily in California, although we do have projects in other states.

Our real estate investments include:

• Buying and selling residential properties that can be acquired at a discount, rehabbed and then either sold or held for our own portfolio as rental properties.


• Buying commercial properties, such as neighborhood strip malls, mixed use office and retail centers and resort properties.  Typically the properties we purchase have been operating for some time, but have vacancies or need updating.  We have a skilled management team that handles all the necessary upgrades and then leases the retail / office space out to national or local clients.


• For resort properties, we look for currently operating Resort Properties where there are opportunities to expand or to add facilities and amenities and increase the membership / usage.
